Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any reason other than physical damage or product defects.

A return will only be considered if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, malfunctioning, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 3 days from the exact date and time of delivery, as confirmed by our delivery records.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and documentation included at the time of purchase.
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect when submitting your return request.

No returns will be accepted after 3 days, and no exceptions will be made beyond this window.


Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds unless we are unable to replace or exchange the defective item.

In the event that:

  • The defective product is not available for exchange,
  • Or the same or similar product cannot be sourced within a reasonable time,

We will process a refund upon confirmation of the returned product’s condition. Refunds are made using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Warranty Policy

Warranty applies to select items as indicated at the time of purchase. However, warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

  • If the item is an accessory, such as:
    • Chargers
    • Power cables
    • Batteries
    • Adapters
    • Headphones or earphones
  • If the issue is power-related, such as:
    • Voltage fluctuations
    • Power surges
    • Improper power supply
  • If the item has suffered damage from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts

It is your responsibility to ensure proper usage of electronic items in accordance with their specifications.
